But I'm hoping to get back in the game.

University plus some financial woes has gotten in the way of my cosplay/photography interests for awhile.  But...

I AM NOW THE PROUD OWNER OF A HARLEY QUINN COSTUME!!

FINALLY!

There is still a lot to do with it to make it complete. I need to add some diamonds that are missing, and I need to get some shoes to go with it. I never thought it would be this hard to find a pair of ankle boots or slippers that come in both red and black without some kind of heel on them....

Anyway.

Despite certain adjustments that need to be made, it's fairly awesome, especially for the price I paid. Once I at least get some shoes, I'll post some good pics of it. I am more than ready to take this costume out for a spin!

Hi peoples!

I has a question, and I'm hoping someone will read this and possibly answer it for me. I'd have done a poll, but....I don't have a premium account.

Background for question: Anyone who's read my lament in the previous journal knows that due to a combination of several busy schedules, high demand, and bad luck, I'm not gonna have my Harley Quinn costume in time for Animazement or HeroesCon. I AM, however, still doing Doctor Who for my main cosplay instead.

Now. The Doctor (tenth one) ususally wears a brown pinstripe suit, or a navy blue suit, glasses, converses, and of course, the sonic screwdriver.

I'm hoping to get this cosplay knocked out relitively soon.

MY QUESTION IS THIS: Do you guys think it would be okay to wear a different colored suit if I can't manage to find a navy blue one by Con time? I've given up on the brown pinstripe, so I'm trying for the navy. If not, do you think a plain brown suit, or possibly a slate grey?
